What you will be doing as a Principal Consultant in our HR Practice.
We’re a rapidly growing business and we need to sustain that growth. You will be a key part of this through implementing our sales and marketing strategy to win new business. You’ll be utilising and growing your network to uncover customer challenges and pitch in our services. We’ll support you through developing your sales, relationship building and consulting skills. Whilst you’ll not work alone, you will part of the wider network of people across Reed supporting eachother to grow services across the group.
A typical day may include running an email and social marketing campaign, following up leads with initial calls to new potential customers, leading a new project scoping meeting and designing the solution, and catching up with and developing relationships with current customers.
