  • Location: Bracknell (with blended home working and office working)
  • Salary: £20,000 to £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience plus uncapped commission )
  • Hours: Mon-Fri, 37.5 per week
  • Contract: Full Time Permanent

The role of a Recruitment Consultant is to source and work with candidates who might be looking for a new job and to introduce them to a business who would want to hire someone with the same skills as your candidate.

Our Consultants understand that they are the relationship builder and that through high energy and fantastic communication and listening skills, they are able to find and then match the right people to the right opportunity.

What does the role of a recruitment consultant involve?

  • Calling businesses to explore their recruitment needs
  • Pitching yourself and the companies recruitment service to win new business
  • Resourcing candidates via a number of different methods to fill these roles
  • Up-selling your candidates to your existing client base and vice versa, as well as arranging interviews/meetings between the two
  • Gaining and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Matching candidates to roles
  • Supporting with administrative tasks i.e. payroll, reference and compliance checks
  • Learning from both their in house and external trainers
