Take your Recruitment career forward with the UK’s #1 Recruiter! We’re looking for a Permanents Recruitment Consultant to join Reed, starting on a warm desk in our friendly and welcoming Engineering Team.

What will you be doing in this role?

Within this role, you will be completing a variety of tasks on a daily basis including contacting new leads, maintaining existing relationships and developing new areas of revenue generation. This role is phone based, so you will be making daily sales calls to candidates who are applying for positions, submitting candidates for vacancies an negotiating terms of business with the clients. It will also be your responsibility to arrange interviews and offer feedback to candidates following these, formatting candidate CV’s ready to be presented to clients, attending client and candidate meetings and achieving monthly targets.

The Manager of this team has also been with the business for nearly 15 years, and can bring a wealth of knowledge and experience, as well as an insight into the current market.
