Location: Birmingham

Salary: £20,000 – £35,000

Duration: Permanent, full time

Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday – Friday

Reed Sales are looking for a talented and motivated recruiter to join their successful team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will have access to the latest technology which allows for true flexible working and a modern approach to business. I joined the company back in 2010 as an intern and after being lucky enough to achieve numerous promotions, I now lead this immensely talented team. We work in verticals to make sure we have strong industry knowledge and can offer value to our clients and candidates. There are two or three obvious verticals on offer where our database is established.

Ideally, I am looking for someone with recruitment experience within an agency setting. This role would suit someone in a generalist field, looking to make the move to a more specialist market. Alternatively, you might already have Sales recruitment experience but are looking for a larger company in which to grow your career. Other experience levels will be considered but you must have sales experience developed over the phone and face to face.

 

The role will involve the usual activities such as identifying and engaging with relevant candidates. The majority of our Sales and Business Development activity is based around the candidates we are working with. You will have strong written sales skills and be comfortable on the telephone networking with senior level candidates.
