Onboarding Specialist

Your day will be varied, as well as fast paced and includes tasks such as; starting the onboarding for candidates, completing X-Checker applications, obtaining documents, chasing references and more. You will also play an important part in supporting the management of temporary candidates on a daily basis, dealing with time sheets and contractual engagements. 

Our ideal candidate would have a keen eye for detail, the ability to multi-task, work at pace.

We’d also love someone to bring qualities such as good level of confidence/engagement when dealing with other people, someone who is comfortable to pick up the phone, be firm and push back where required; in this role we do work within SLA’s, so previous experience working to targets/deadlines would be advantageous!
