Onboarding Specialist
Reed Screening are responsible for building successful relationships with the Reed network, Candidates and our External Clients. This is so that they can understand their screening requirements and then, following strict processes, ensure that the pre-screening is completed to the required standard within service level agreements. Within this, candidates are sourced either directly by the RSR network, External Clients or from the Tiered Partner Suppliers.
The onboarding specialist will therefore be required to work closely with the Reed Screening and Compliance Team, the RSR network in Reed Education, External Clients, Candidates being screened by REED and various related teams within Reed Specialist Recruitment.
Your role will involve but is not limited to the following:
Pre-screening Checks:

Ensure that information is correct and present for a pack to enter into screening stage

Complete and review industry specific checks i.e. credit checks, qualification verifications, identity checks

Respond to queries from Hiring Managers and Candidates about the pre-employment vetting process

Contact Candidates via phone and email to investigation information that is highlighted throughout the pre-employment vetting process
Chase References:
- Chase and successfully obtain references via the telephone, for candidates that are being placed into clients of Reed Recruitment.
Reference checks:

Ensure that information that comes back from the Referee / Candidate is correct and present

To check detailed information such as work history to ensure discrepancies are identified and explained

Ensure documentation is present and correct to pass to an internal audit team
