NHS Workforce Delivery Specialist

We’re currently recruiting for an NHS Workforce Delivery Specialist, where your role will involve some warm sales (20%-30% of the role) but the majority will see your time invested in client/account management.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in a really niche area!

You’d be an expert in Admin/Clerical recruitment directly, as well as having future opportunities to delve into HR too (A fantastic additional responsibility alongside the progression ladder we already offer!)

You’ll be recruiting directly for NHS professionals on roles across Band 5-9, such as Senior PA’s, Executive PA’s, Assistants to the Directors within the trust and more… This can also from time to time incorporate a volume recruitment piece.

Experience across the industry will be transferable into this role!
