Working as an NHS Workforce Delivery Specialist with Reed Talent Solutions, means you’ll be working under a respected brand name which was established in 1960; within a team who exist to ensure the overall fulfilment of NHS temporary or permanent requirements as per our contractual commitments. Within this role, you are responsible for end-to-end order management, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring that there is a sufficient candidate pipeline.

You will be recruiting in this role for NHS and Public Sector organisations, ranging from Band 2 to Band 8d. The focus within this will be on non-medical and non-clinical medical recruitment, dealing with a mix of single roles and volume recruitment nationally such as Project Support Officers and Project Managers, HR Professionals, Finance Support and Management, Administration, Clerical, PA’s, Quality Control, Recruitment, IT, Tech and Analysts (Business, Data and Financial).

Role responsibilities:

Your main duty as an NHS Workforce Delivery Specialist is to manage the engagement of support suppliers, recruitment assistants and work with Reed Screening to ensure all candidates are fully compliant. Within this role, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Fostering and developing close working relationships with clients to identify their current and future recruitment needs
  • Seeking to fully understand the requirements of clients’ roles to maximise success ratios when putting candidates forward for the position
  • To be the first point of contact for the client and account management team, dealing with all enquiries and escalations
  • Showing the necessary understanding of the recruitment processes and time scales to successfully manage all stakeholder expectations
  • Where necessary facilitating interviews/assessment events

Desired requirements:

  • Good understanding and management of the recruitment process
  • Understanding of attraction strategies, client engagement, response handling etc.
  • Building relationships to ensure effective matching and in-booking management
  • Strong key stakeholder management
  • Exceptional MS Office skills, in particular MS Excel
  • To represent Reed Talent Solutions both internally and externally with the professionalism expected of a market leading organisation
  • IT/Tech experience/IT/Tech Recruitment experience

Advantageous requirements:

  • Previous experience managing a recruitment process, this could be in any industry
  • Ideally to have worked on outsourced client contracts
  • To have strong client and candidate engagement/management skills or experience
