Marketing Executive

Reed.co.uk is looking for a Marketing Executive to join their Marketing Team in Holborn, London. 

Overview

As a Marketing Executive at Reed.co.uk, you will play a pivotal role in driving the affiliate and display marketing strategies to maximise candidate acquisition. You will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our affiliate and display partners, optimising campaigns, and implementing innovative strategies to enhance our affiliate and display programs.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Support marketing strategies to achieve business goals
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand the program
  • Manage and support stakeholder relationships to ensure performance targets are met
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Implement strategies to optimise conversion rates, click-through rates, and other key performance indicators
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to refine marketing campaigns
  • Report on program performance, providing insights and recommendations
  • Utilise analytics tools to track key metrics and measure the effectiveness of different campaigns
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the marketing landscape
  • Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives

 Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in affiliate and/or programmatic display marketing, preferably within the online job board or e-commerce industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tools
  • Creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving
