Marketing and Product Manager

Reed Learning is looking for a Marketing and Product Manager to join their established team in Raynes Park, London.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing and Product Manager to oversee the digital marketing strategies and website optimisation efforts to support the growth of our organisation. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Senior Leadership Team to create, own and deliver our ambitious marketing and product vision and strategy.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
  • Manage all aspects of our company website, shaping and own the customer journey and experience.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels as well as monitoring and analysing digital marketing performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and manage relationships with external digital marketing agencies.
  • Conduct periodic reviews with team members ensuring adherence to KPIs and company standards.

Experience and skills

  • Experience of creating and executing a marketing strategy and product roadmap.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including campaign management, website optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Proficiency in website CMS platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills, creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
  • Results driven, motivated and passionate about marketing and product management.

Technical and systems skills

  • SEO, Pay-Per-Click, Social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing
  • UX knowledge and principles
  • Product backlog understanding and management
  • User stories knowledge
  • Salesforce, HubSpot, JIRA, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Microsoft suite
