Learning Adviser
Reed Screening is a centralised business providing market leading outsourced screening services to both external clients and internally within Reed, ensuring contractual, legislative and regulatory requirements are met alongside providing a great candidate and client experience.
The Learning Adviser role will support the Engagement and Development Lead by working closely with the Reed Screening Management Team on a broad spectrum of people initiatives across Reed Screening, contributing to a positive co-member experience. The Learning Advisor will support the Engagement and Development Lead in assessing organisational needs and design, implement and evaluating professional development and continuous learning programs which support Reed Screenings strategic plan, mission, goals and leadership competencies.
What you’ll be doing
The Learning Adviser role is crucial to our Learning and Engagement delivery within Reed Screening, your role will involve but is not limited to the following:

Support and contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of Reed Training platforms

Manage administration of the LMS platform

Handle enquiries from the Network, ensuring strict adherence to response times

Assist with day to day emails and smooth running of the contract

Assist with the creation of elearns

Have a deep understanding of Reed network specifics to enable provision of the appropriate learning intervention

Development of relationships with the Reed network
-
Have a deep understanding of the portfolio of courses to enable appropriate advice to be provided to the Reed network

Booking courses both internally and from 3rd party suppliers

Updating training events and co-member records on all relevant systems

Provide training support to the Development and Engagement Lead

Assist with the design, development and delivery of ongoing training modules

Assist with the delivery of the new starter training programmes

Design and deliver pathways for professional development

Encourage Screening’s engagement with RSR’s central well-being initiatives across all shifts, implementing local ones where necessary

Develop and grow the use of Yammer
-
Any other tasks and activities as required in line with the above job purpose
