Leadership & Talent Development Partner

Reed.co.uk are looking for a Leadership & Talent Development Partner to join their team based in Holborn, Central London (with flexibility to work from home each week).

The Leadership & Talent Development Partner will work closely with the HR team to lead on all aspects of employee development for Reed.co.uk. The role will be responsible for the creation, management and delivery of our leadership and management development programme. Additionally, the Leadership & Talent Development Partner will be responsible for our induction programme along with the management of other learning and development initiatives across the organisation. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Create launch and deliver a leadership and management development programme aligned to our company strategy; 
  • Create and launch a bespoke management and leadership competency framework for our managers to drive desired behaviours and culture within the organisation;
  • Be responsible for the delivery of our induction programme to help ensure our employees receive a great new starter experience; 
  • Support our managers and leaders by providing 1-2-1 coaching sessions to support their ongoing development;
  • Support Reed.co.uk to deliver upon its strategic aims by aligning these with an employee talent and development strategy; 
  • Work with the HR team to continuously improve career development frameworks and other employee development interventions;
  • Identify skills gaps in leadership and management capability, understand how this impacts on employee and team performance and the user experience of our customers and use this to develop strategy accordingly;
  • Take a natural lead on all areas of employee development within the organisation, with a specific focus on those working within and towards management and leadership roles;
  • Take responsibility for all necessary administrative duties within the role including scheduling and updating the LMS

Skills and Experience

  • Strong ability to design, launch and deliver learning programmes for employees working at all levels including within management and leadership positions;
  • Proven experience in development programme design based on company strategy;
  • Evidence of having built and implemented career development frameworks based on company strategy and/or competency models would be advantageous;
  • Strong attention to detail and delivery, outcome focused;
  • Experience in LMS authoring tools and administrative maintenance;
  • Evidence of professional qualification in Learning and Development, Training Design, Facilitation and/or Coaching as awarded by CIPD
