Location: Bristol
Contract: Full Time, Temporary (37.5 hours – Mon to Fri)
Salary: £20,000-£26,000 Depending on experience

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong recruiter who enjoys managing a client and the candidate attraction side to recruitment. We are ideally looking for someone with strong experience in a recruitment environment, however there is no sales or business development involved and you will only be servicing outsourced recruitment contracts.

The key purpose of the Lead Talent Delivery Specialist role within Reed Specialist Recruitment is to ensure overall fulfilment of the client’s temporary or permanent requirements as per the client’s contractual obligations.

The Lead Talent Delivery Specialists are responsible for end-to-end order management, stakeholder engagement and ensuring that there is sufficient candidate pipeline.

In addition, the Lead Talent Delivery Specialist will manage the engagement of support suppliers Recruitment Assistants and work with Reed Screening to ensure all candidates are fully compliant.

The Lead Talent Delivery Specialist will cover all aspects of the role within the team which include the following key responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Growing business by exploring potential opportunities within our existing client portfolio

Building relationships with clients:

  • Fostering and developing close working relationships with clients to identify their current and future recruitment needs
  • Seeking to fully understand the requirements of clients’ roles to maximise success ratios when putting candidates forward for the position
  • Where necessary facilitating on site interviews/assessment events
  • Showing the necessary understanding of the recruitment processes and time scales to successfully manage all stakeholder expectations
  • Be the first point of contact for the client & account management team for all queries and escalations
  • Delivering a world-class service that exceeds the expectations of clients

Candidate Management:

  • Ensuring that all data relevant to the recruitment process is accurately recorded using internal databases
  • Ensuring all processes and procedures are followed to meet legislative and internal quality requirements. This includes client and contractual compliance requirements and completing relevant background and referencing checks.
  • Managing candidates’ expectations around the clients’ processes and procedures and gaining their commitment
  • Attending Temp surgeries/review meetings on site at client locations
  • To manage temporary HR issues and work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve satisfactorily for all parties
  • Responsible for all in-booking management of candidates, including timesheet processes in-line with payroll deadlines and managing candidate disputes.
  • Organise registration events to support and manage high volume orders.
