Lead Generation Coordinator

Reed Learning Ltd are looking for a Lead Generation Coordinator to join their expanding team in Holborn, London.

Overview

The Lead Generation Executive is an entry level role within Reed Learning Ltd. Reed Learning is a new business venture which will bring together the fragmented offering of Learning products and services across Reed, into a new and innovative proposition. In time, Reed Learning will develop new and entrepreneurial products/services and propositions.

The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for being the first point of contact for new customer queries. Providing excellent customer service to help customers reach the right person, or the right next step in their journey.

The substance of the role initially will be to triage and manage leads, monitoring their journey to sale. This role will also seek to set up, and improve the use of CRM and other workflow management tools to ensure efficiency and consistently review customer requests/insights to inform the next proposition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Triage inbound leads, qualify and locate the right next step
  • Support Learning Advisor to manage customer relationships and improve workflow through systemising aspects of the sales process
  • Offer exceptional customer service
  • Implement effective tracking within the CRM
  • Report performance on key metrics – leads>sales conversions, customer service etc
  • Analysis of insights gathered over time – trends in customer enquiries
  • Build and maintain relationships across Reed, to support the effective delivery

Skills and Experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to use systems such as a CRM (Customer Relationship Management software)
  • Ability to work within a team, and a team player
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Self starter, with ability to solve problems autonomously
