Junior Marketing Analyst

Reed.co.uk are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join their expanding team in Holborn, London.

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst who is ready to take on the challenge of steering the future of our marketing investments through insights and problem solving.

What you’ll do

  • Interrogate digital marketing data to understand how customers are reaching our site, and how they convert via these various channels using tools like Google Analytics and Similarweb
  • Development of data visualisation and KPI dashboards that reflect best ways to simplify data to various audiences, including senior stakeholders
  • Focusing on analytics and automation to aid in developing marketing technology
  • Partner with Marketing, Product and various other teams to solve problems and identify trends and opportunities
  • Tracking and reporting on digital marketing activity effectiveness
  • Forecasting results and make recommendations on budgets and strategy to improve and scale performance
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments

What you’ll need

  • A passion for problem solving and critical thinking
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, with an ability to take a lead role on projects
  • Ability to understand, interrogate & make recommendations using data
  • Excellent written communication, with an ability to document processes
  • Ability to assimilate vast amounts of data into cohesive patterns
  • Very strong commercial awareness & commercial acumen
  • An interest in a programming language i.e. SQL, R or Python
