Engagement Analyst
Are you passionate about digital transformation and promoting a culture of positivity, collaboration and self-improvement? Join our team as an Engagement Analyst and be at the forefront of revolutionising the way we work here at Reed!
Are you a driven problem solver, who can build strong relationships utilising your great communication skills? Do you want to work somewhere where you can truly see the impact of your contribution? Our Business Engagement team could be just the place for you, where you can apply your skills to help promote better ways of working.
As an Engagement Analyst you will leverage modern business analysis techniques, change methodology, and best practices to advocate for digital ways of working. Blending your technical knowledge with business needs, you will define new and improved ways of working across the business, and champion them to enhance communication, collaboration, and productivity at Reed.
Not sure you tick every box or what they all mean? Don’t worry! The most important thing is that you are a positive, personable self-starter with great communication skills and a taste for problem solving. These soft skills are key, along with a willingness to jump in and learn the rest!
Your primary focus will be supporting Reed co-members of all levels in adopting and maximising the benefits of our Digital Workplace capabilities. From gathering feedback and requirements from people across the business to creating engaging guidance and learning materials, to answering questions in our bustling Yammer community – you will play a vital role in driving efficiencies and long-term improvements throughout the business.
The right person for this role will have strong communication skills and a passion for engaging with people, with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service and a positive attitude.
Realising that people learn in different ways means you will adapt and run training via both Teams calls and face to face sessions as well as manage tangible material for co-members to refer back to. Above all, you will ensure co-members are fully engaging with the Digital Workplace, remaining positive, enhancing communications and ensuring they know what to use and how best to use it.
You need high attention to detail to ensure the content created is of a standard we can take pride in, demonstrating professionalism and care.
Having a pro-active nature is a must. We want to make sure we are leading the Business from the front, with innovative ideas and engaging campaigns.
This is an exciting role with lots of opportunity to try different things. Some of the general day-to-day tasks include:
-
Working with the business and the Engagement team to really understand how co-members work, and identify business needs and training gaps, leading to the design of new training materials and potential feature releases.
-
Producing high-quality communications and collateral resulting in co-members that have the knowledge to use our technology effectively in their day-to-day roles.
-
Supporting co-members with their queries in our Yammer community and inbox.
-
Communicating weekly top tips and regular updates to ensure continual engagement and adoption of value-add functionality.
-
Working with the wider team on various IT projects, enhancing the adoption of new features or products. Following a communication and training plan to support the new product/way of working.
-
Analysing usage statistics to work out what is being used, when, then taking this data to drive campaign ideas for the wider team.
-
Updating The Hub – our adoption SharePoint site – including FAQs, updates to training materials and content.
-
Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within the Digital Workplace team, championing and communicating out a continuously evolving approach to the future of work and ever greater adoption of the technology services we offer the operational business community.
