We’re looking for a talented, enthusiastic and motivated Director of Product to drive the next generation of B2B and B2C products at Reed. The successful person will be design focused and have a balance of commercial and customer focused experience, along with an impressive track record of creating amazing multi-platform product experiences for their users.
This role is tasked with working across business units to create a vision and lead the team in the delivery of both our future product ecosystem and market proposition.
reed.co.uk is an Agile business with a good level of maturity. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Agile product delivery and the successful implementation of harmonious product/engineering interactions in their previous experience.

As Director of Product, you will be part of our Senior Leadership Team and will be responsible for building, managing and mentoring our Product and Design teams. You will work with the wider business to create, own and deliver an ambitious vision and strategy for reed.co.uk’s future product portfolio.
Who we are looking for
You have exceptional leadership skills and experience of managing successful, high performing teams
You will have proven experience of bringing multi platform digital products to market that deliver excellent customer experience
You quickly acquire an in-depth knowledge and understanding of our customers and base your decisions on data
You will have worked closely with Design teams and have a thorough understanding of UX and UI based on customer needs
You will be able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Agile product delivery and the successful implementation of harmonious product/engineering interactions
You have a commercial and strategic mindset that allows you to navigate a crowded but exciting multi-competitor landscape
You are a relationship builder and will have worked collaboratively with Engineering and Marketing departments
