Customer Success Manager

Reed.co.uk is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their Commercial team in Holborn, London.

This role provides our customers with a marketing leading service, ensuring our customers receive maximum value from their investment.

Overview

This is a strategic role that drives better outcomes and success for our customers with a focus on driving retention and return on investment and would be suitable for someone looking for their first steps into Customer Success. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Building strong relationships with our clients by supporting them to optimise and maximise their return on investment.
  • Analysing and monitoring customer data to draw insights and optimisations, communicating those findings to clients and adjusting campaigns for better performance
  • Continually improving your knowledge of both reed.co.uk offerings and the customer’s business/industry to ensure that you are delivering the best possible service 
  • Resolve client queries that may arise during project delivery.
  • Passing customer feedback on to internal teams to ensure client needs are being met.

Skills and Experience 

  • Customer focused
  • Motivated and engaged by providing service excellence to our clients. 
  • Clear communicator via phone and email 
  • Ability to read and interpret data and relay it to customers in a manageable, clear and concise way
  • Proactive approach to managing an account book 
  • Ability to work in a team-based, collaborative environment and a passion for contributing to the creation of a world class customer success function
  • Demonstrable success in providing a high level of customer satisfaction in a customer-facing environment.
