Customer Success Manager

Reed Education are looking for a Customer Success Manager 

Position: Customer Success Manager 

Salary: £23,000-£26,000 (dependant on experience)

Location: Flexible (UK), working flexibly between home and office available

Hours: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours) Permanent, Full Time

Working within Reed Education, the key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct service reviews with internal and external suppliers
  • Conduct school based service reviews with existing clients
  • Participate in key stakeholder meetings with the contract holders
  • Manage complaints and feedback
  • Dealing with adjustments and offering solutions 
  • Working and reporting to the Education Operations Manager for regular updates 
  • Working closely with stakeholders within the Reed Education network 

You will be; 

  • Experienced in delivering high quality service to stakeholders
  • Able to work with teams across the business
  • Able to work creatively and proactively to high customer success standards
  • Confident in written, call based and face to face communication
  • Able to build strong, reliable and trusting working relationships
  • Accurate and thorough in your data entry and reporting
  • Able to work towards KPIs and service requirements to a high standard
