Customer Success Manager

Reed.co.uk are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join their expanding team based in Holborn, Central London (work from home 2 days a week). 

As a Customer Success Manager you will play an essential role in ensuring reed.co.uk customers have the best possible experience. With a primary focus on Customer needs during trial periods and campaign life-cycles, this role would be idea for somebody with campaign management experience as you will work strategically with the customer to ensure they are fully equipped to get the most from our services. You will work with them as a key partner in their recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establishing strong working relationships with customers while managing the trial or campaign lifecycle
  • Strategising and solution finding in response to customer issues and escalating issues when customers’ success is at risk
  • Communicating enhancement requests as appropriate
  • Assessing customer data and developing this data into tangible and actionable insights for the customer
  • Creating and maintaining customer communication records, workflow / process documentation and materials

Skills and Experience 

  • Demonstrable experience in client services
  • Analytical skills required to review data, apply logic and reason, and draw appropriate conclusions about findings
  • Technical prowess – Knowledge of Outlook, Salesforce
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Sound ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment
  • Attention to detail 
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites when necessary
