CRM Executive

Reed Courses are looking for a CRM Executive to join their expanding team in Holborn, London.


We’re looking for a highly-motivated marketer ready to deliver our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) campaigns and lifecycle journeys, whilst also supporting wider initiatives helping to shape and optimise our new student satisfaction and retention activities.

You will support the Retention & CRM Manager to deliver our strategy by working alongside our growing marketing team. The successful candidate will have the passion and drive to propel our CRM program to the next level, collaborating with Marketing, Product and Commercial teams. You’ll be part of a strong and talented team, delivering key marketing emails that are instrumental in driving the success of our business. 

 Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the ideation, creation, and delivery of sophisticated CRM campaigns and lifecycle journeys; this includes seasonal, retention and triggered campaigns integrated with our E-learning platform
  • Collaboration with marketing and product teams to develop new and improved email campaigns and retention programs
  • Monitoring and improving  key performance indicators (KPIs): Open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, and retention rate
  • Deliver bespoke communications across multiple channels including email, and in-app messaging that help towards achieving channel revenue targets
  • Post-campaign analysis to obtain actionable insights and performance optimisations
  • Staying up to date with CRM industry trends, news, best practices, and GDPR regulations
  • Quality assuring email campaigns ahead of deployment

 Skills Required

  • At least one year’s CRM marketing experience within a fast-paced company and an understanding of key retention marketing principles and metrics 
  • Comfortable editing HTML
  • Hands on experience with Braze ESP or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical skills, confident using Excel or Google Sheets, and Google Analytics, with the ability to use data to inform decisions
  • Strong creative and communication skills – able to brief copy, visual assets, and html requirements with stakeholders across the marketing team, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Comfortable delivering quality at speed with obsessive attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage several campaigns simultaneously 
  • Curious and inquisitive, capable of asking the right question to learn everything there is to know about our business
  • An effective team player who is confident, influential, and keen to drive their own success

Additional Requirements

  • Marketing degree or relevant subject/qualification desirable
  • Must be eligible to work and located in the UK, with the ability to work from our Holborn (London) office at least once a week
