CRM Assistant

Reed.co.uk are looking for a Graduate CRM Assistant to support our CRM team, based in Holborn, Central London.

This is a rare opportunity for somebody with little-to-no experience to kick start their career by joining one of Britain’s most established digital brands. Full training and guidance will be given to ensure you have the right skills to fully support the team by taking ownership of the day to day running of our “Sold Product” Email campaigns.

Full training and guidance will be given to ensure you have the right skills to fully support the team by taking ownership of the day to day running of our “Sold Product” Email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact between the CRM team and our Sales and Commercial teams
  • Build campaigns within our Braze platform using targeting and segmentation tools
  • Make minor edits to Emails, such as copy and image changes, where necessary
  • Ensure requested campaigns always follow our best practice guidelines
  • Maintain the “Sold Product” planning calendar
  • Ensure information received from campaign requests is accurate, and chase missing information when necessary
  • Provide a weekly round-up of campaign results

Skills and Experience

No experience is required for this role, instead, we’re looking for candidates with the following skills and personal qualities:

  • Ready and willing to learn about CRM and Email marketing
  • Excellent communications skills – both written and verbal
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures
  • Highly organised
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Tenacious spirit
