Overview

We require a highly-motivated marketer ready to deliver our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) campaigns, whilst also supporting wider initiatives helping to shape and optimise our new student satisfaction and retention activities.

Reporting to the Retention & CRM Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating, running, reporting and planning our campaigns for our B2C and B2B audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day to day management of our email sends and CRM system, Braze.

  • Deliver bespoke communications across multiple channels including email, SMS and in-app messaging.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team and maintain strong lines of communication with internal stakeholders (Customer Experience, Marketing, Sales, etc) and external clients (Learning providers).

  • Measure, evaluate and report on results in order to obtain actionable insights to inform strategy and optimisation.

  • Stay up to date with CRM industry news, best practice and GDPR regulations.

 Skills Required

  • Recent graduate or a junior person with 1-2 years’ experience with CRM.

  • Excellent written English, with the ability to follow tone of voice brand guidelines, whilst also having a flare for persuading users to take action through your writing.

  • Comfortable delivering quality at speed.

  • Obsessive attention to detail.

  • Experience working with data, using it to inform better decisions.

  • Curious and inquisitive, capable of asking the right question to learn everything there is to know about our business.

  • An effective team player who is confident, influential and keen to drive their own success.

  • Highly organised and good at prioritising time sensitive work.

  • Strong analytical skills, confident using Excel or Google sheets, and Google Analytics.

  • Knowledge using a CRM platform is desirable but not essential.

  • Knowledge of HTML is desirable but not essential.

  • Right to work in the UK.
