Consultancy Manager

We’re in a position of growth and now on the look out for talented individuals to join our Talent Delivery Team, working as a Resource Manager to support our clients in recommending only the best candidates to work on their projects.

As part of the Talent Delivery Team, you will work alongside clients and our in-house Talent Acquisition Specialists to match requirements, ensuring successful fulfilment of project roles. You’ll have strong interview and candidate management skills, as well as the confidence to put your neck on the line with the perfect person for the job!

If you want to be more strategic once candidates are found and support them in account management, this is an opportunity like no other!

You’ll even have the chance to get involved with developing projects within the team and wider department, including the implementation of a new ATS system in the future.
