Reed.co.uk are looking for an Entry Level Commercial Analyst to join their Finance Team in Holborn.
The Graduate Commercial Data Analyst role supports the Finance, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams through reporting, analysis and insight. It will support the commercial team in its overall aim to drive revenue whilst continuously improving the customer experience.
You will make use of Salesforce, Looker and numerous other platforms to drive business and customer insight and intelligence. The role will be varied and will require you to have a real enthusiasm for using data to drive change.

What you’ll do
Support Sales, Marketing and Product with data related commercial queries
Maintain and refine existing Sales and Marketing reports
Monitor and Review Job market data, deep diving to extract comparative insights and share with wider business.
Develop and maintain data visualisation and KPI dashboards to track and monitor commercial performance
Support development of reporting structure and process for commercial data across the business
Partner with Finance, Sales and Customer Success teams to to define metrics, goals and forecasts
Partner with Business Intelligence on data related issues; data integration, pipeline creation, data validation, data quality
What you’ll need
A passion for problem-solving and critical thinking
Recent graduates who have achieved 2:1
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Applicants who are organised and have a good attention to detail
A proactive mindset, where you can learn from mistakes
Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
An interest in sales, commercial and business reporting
