Client Development Manager

We currently have an opportunity for a motivated individual to effectively manage the strategic client relationships across a portfolio of MSP contracts. The role will be based remotely, with travel to our Northampton offices to engage with our Service Delivery team as well as other key RTS offices and client locations across the UK, when required. 

You will be managing a portfolio of key MSP clients, where Reed Talent Solutions is responsible for delivering the full end to end recruitment service via our Talent Acquisition Teams, the Reed branch network as well as strategically appointed support suppliers.

 

The purpose of this role is to ensure that our clients are experiencing the value of our relationship and benefitting from the contract deliverables provided by our service. Through engagement with key stakeholders, the Client Development Manager will ensure that we are uncovering any talent related challenges being faced and providing solutions available from within our contractual obligations or additional services available from across the wider Reed business. 

The Client Development Manager will work in close partnership with the Service Delivery Manager to produce a market leading suite of Management information, market insights and sector trends to demonstrate thought leadership, provide consultative recommendations and agree actions. They will hold responsibility for all continuous improvement activities, and work with internal stakeholder to make these happen.

 

As the Client Development Manager, you will –

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of each client’s organisation, it’s strategic aims and objectives as well as talent strategies across both the contingent and permanent space.
  • Create and manage a detailed Stakeholder contact plan, utilising Miller Heiman methodology to influence stakeholder motivations and decision making
  • Create an ambitious account plan for each Client, with key objectives for growth and development shared with all relevant co-members
  • Conduct meetings with key stakeholders, to ensure that our contract is supporting the needs of their teams and that problems are being solved
