Candidate Care Consultant

Reed Health & Care are looking for a Candidate Care Consultant to join the Team in Leeds

Salary: £19,000 – £25,000

Location: Leeds

Role Type: Permanent/Full Time

As a Candidate Care Consultant you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining weekly contact with our current candidates 
  • Handling all candidate queries in relation to their current assignments and all employment based issues
  • Generating new business leads and acquiring candidate referrals
  • Effectively promoting Reed’s services to ensure that we are the preferred agency for candidates
  • Maximising candidate retention by providing the highest levels of customer care
  • Accurately updating and maintaining records on the Reed database
  • Constant communication with candidates via phone and email
  • Ensuring all new candidates have a first class experience as they go through the recruitment process, supporting them through the ‘candidate journey’
  • Supporting Consultants resourcing for roles and writing professional job adverts to attract interest in ‘Live roles’
  • Updating the profiles and CVs of active candidates

As an ideal candidate for this role you will be:

  • Hardworking with excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • The ability to manage a demanding workload within a fast-paced working environment
  • Able to make high volumes of engaging, productive outbound calls each day
  • Committed to customer service
