Reed.co.uk is looking for a Business Systems Administrator to join their team in Holborn, London.

Overview

We are looking for a graduate with a technical mind who is willing to learn these systems. We will provide full training on all three systems. The successful candidate will also work with stakeholders who use these systems to work on improvements to efficiencies using the technology provided

Key responsibilities

The role of Business Systems Administrator will be primarily responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of three core systems at Reed.co.uk in Salesforce, Unit4 Agresso and Gainsight. These systems underpin the business and are used mainly by the commercial and customer departments to assist and understand our customers, their needs and our product and its performance.

Creation and maintenance of:

  • Reports and dashboards

  • User profiles and roles

  • Custom fields (incl. formula and rollup) and objects

  • Validation rules

  • Workflow rules

  • Communication templates

You’ll also:

  • Provision new users

  • Ensure leavers are removed and existing workflows continue to function

  • Use a Data Loader to extract, insert and update large amounts of data

  • Manipulate data in Excel

  • Understand our business processes and want to contribute to our long term strategy
