Business Manager
Due to the continual success of the Sussex and Surrey team based out of Crawley, we are looking to recruit an experienced and talented Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Manager who is looking to head up a busy Accountancy, Finance and Business Support Desk.
Initially this will involve 100% desk management with a view to recruiting, growing and developing your own team.
Guildford based and hybrid working an option.
As experts across the Accountancy, Finance and Business Support recruitment fields, Reed’s specialist recruitment consultants use their local market knowledge and the UK’s largest database of professionals to recruit from entry level roles, through to senior and strategic positions.
This is a varied and challenging role requiring someone resilient and determined to succeed, with a proven track record within a 360 recruitment role .
You will be interacting with business clients and prospective candidates on a daily basis and using your own initiative to gain new business. Day to day may include:
- Targeted business development, including making outbound calls
- Attending meetings with business clients
- Sourcing suitable candidates for vacancies
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients
- Working to targets and KPIs
- Recruiting, building and leading a team
You will develop and manage client and candidate relationships, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards working against KPI’s and targets.
