A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Recruitment Manager to head up Reed’s Northampton team in our flagship offices in Brackmills.
- Role: Recruitment Manager
- Location: Northampton Brackmills NN4 – (with blended home working and office working) plus free on-site parking
- Salary: £33,000 to £40,000 per annum (includes car allowance plus uncapped commission)
- Hours: Mon-Fri, 37.5 per week
- Contract: Full Time Permanent

This is a pivotal role for someone to really put Northampton on the map. Ideally you will be a well networked experienced 360 recruiter from the industry. Managing two Recruitment Consultants and an Accounts Business Partner, you will be a hands-on billing manager running your own desk and heading up three specialisms.
Responsibilities:
- As Recruitment Manager your main objective will be to increase profitability for your business ensuring targets are met and performance is high
- You will run a successful recruitment desk, leading by example to motivate and inspire
- You will grow & develop your client base to gain the greatest market share
- You will demonstrate expertise as a recruiter and act as an example to your team in candidate and client facing activities
- The Recruitment Manager always works within best practice guidelines and sets an example to follow in terms or service delivery, creativity, performance, networking and developing and sustaining professional relationships
