Are you passionate about new business development?
Look no further…
Reed Talent Solutions is expanding its current service lines to offer “Recruit, Train and Deploy” solutions within the Tech and Data space for both its existing MSP/RPO clients as well as passive and active clients across the wider Reed Specialist Recruitment network and beyond.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Recruitment professional to join our Recruit, Train & Deploy Solutions – Technology team at a pivotal time to help develop and expand our client base.
The role will involve engaging with clients at a strategic level to understand their challenges with recruiting across the Tech and Data space and explore how the Recruit, Train and Deploy solution could help address this gap.
Through consulting with clients, scoping solutions and negotiating commercial terms, this role will require a hands-on approach and the ability to think laterally whilst developing the service.
Working closely with a small team, the role will be based remotely, with travel to clients and Reed offices as and when required. There will be frequent interaction with clients via both Teams and face-to-face meetings where possible.
Principle Accountabilities:
-
Create an ambitious sales plan to proactively target key clients via marketing activities to create lead generation, utilising tools such as HubSpot.
-
Create and develop effective sales marketing collateral, including case studies and testimonials to enable us to reactively bid for opportunities as the market matures
-
Proactively engage with decision makers across IT Services Heads to identify chronic skills gaps amongst key job disciplines across Tech and Data, where an alternative solution is being sought.
-
Explore challenges faced and the contributing factors to attraction and retention such as client expectations, current Employer value proposition and market positioning
-
In partnership with our training arm, effectively translate requirements to create bespoke training programmes to enable effective upskilling to satisfy the client’s requirements.
-
Present and agree on solutions for each client requirement, agreeing on expectations, deliverables, milestones, commercials, service model and contracting arrangements.
-
Creation of sales proposals, delivery/presentation of proposition and negotiation through to contract signatory.
-
Monitor the effectiveness of the programme, maintaining dialogue with the client to develop relationships and secure additional business opportunities.
Who we’re looking for:
Our ideal candidate will have experience working with clients at a strategic level; engaging with senior stakeholders to influence decisions on effective resourcing strategies. You will have a solid understanding of the full end-to-end recruitment cycle within the IT space, and the factors inhibiting its success and the ability to approach challenges with ambition and creativity.
You will be passionate about customer experience and satisfaction and will enjoy remaining close to service delivery to ensure that the solutions created are meeting the brief and customer expectations. This role would therefore be ideal for someone with a combination of business development from with an RTD, MSP or RPO as well as experience in Tech and Data recruitment.
