Business Development Manager

This is an exciting career opportunity to take an integral role in the business development for Consultancy+. We are looking for an experienced business development manager to join our rapidly growing organisation

Consultancy+ has grown rapidly over the last 3 years as a leader in the SOW and Consultancy solutions market. And our Services Procurement Team has been at the forefront of this. We are now going through a further investment cycle and are looking to bring in an experienced business development manager to help us continue to win business across the UK within our private sector clients.

  • Location = Hybrid Role. Flexible location, with an ability to work in one of our offices in London, Northampton or Birmingham as business needs require
  • Salary: OTE £70k 

 

 

This role suits someone with the experience and ambition to be able to come in and hit the ground running, with an opportunity to be part of a business that has experienced 100% growth year-on-year for the last 3 years and is forecast to do some again this year.

In your role you will be responsible for:

  • Collaboration with the Reed business to identify potential client opportunities
  • Prospect and client mapping to identify clients with requirements
  • Understand the range of products and solutions C+ offer and match to your clients needs
  • Manage the sales process from initial lead through to contract signature
  • Use your network, data and intelligence to establish leads 
  • Support on the completion of bids and RFP’s 
  • Marketing activities and campaigns aligned to your business development plan

The right candidate will have experience of working in recruitment, sales or business development and have a proven track record in identifying and converting clients. An understanding of Consultancy or Statement of Work (SOW) type solutions would be an advantage.
