Reed are looking for a Business Analyst to join the experienced team based out of Raynes Park SW20.

What is this role?
Reed’s IT Department is recruiting Business Analysts to join its successful, dynamic and experienced XMS implementation team. You will be work directly with our largest customers and operational delivery teams to develop compelling system solutions. This will involve gathering customer requirements, configuring our XMS platform and rolling out across a portfolio of house-hold names. Given the success to date and the appetite from both the business and clients, the team is increasing in size. Our platform is already used by some of the biggest brands in the UK.
As an implementation Business Analyst you’ll lead the configuration design, build and launch of XMS to our corporate customers and internal comembers across the Reed network. Working with internal and external business partners, you’ll optimise the configuration of the system to meet the needs of users. You’ll transition the new system into service and help normalise it to “Business-As-Usual”
As such, the role will include:
- Facilitating requirements workshops with customers
- Preparing/leading systems demonstrations
- Testing solutions internally and conducting client UAT.
- Mapping, developing and improving end-to-end/business processes
- Varying communication to the target audience (technical & non-technical)
- Testing the solution, and conducting User Acceptance Testing sessions.
- Managing the technical Go-Live process and systems transition
- Design and deliver training to system superusers
- Troubleshoot LIVE incidents on post Go-Live

Who would make a good Business Analyst?
We are ideally looking for an experienced business analyst who has preferably worked in a similar environment.
Other skills that we are looking for include a critical thinker, an analytical and sophisticated listener, a clear communicator who is able to simplify concepts and share these is specifications, diagrams and meetings, an excellent eye for fine details, a strong finisher who can re-work and refine specifications until they are perfect, and finally the type of person who just gets stuff done!
