Role: Booking Coordinator
Location: Charing Cross, London
Salary: £20,000 + £4000 ILW plus up to £2,000 bonus
Reed Talent Solutions are looking for a Booking Coordinator to join their on-site team at Charing Cross Hospital. In this exciting role, you would be responsible for booking hospital staff into shifts and working closely with the recruitment team to maintain required staffing levels.
The Booking Coordinator will be responsible for managing shift work, for our hospital clients in London. You will be working alongside the Account Management team, and will maintain client relationships by providing them with updates around the successful fulfilment of their requirement, and you will also be managing offers made by clients to potential candidates.
You will be accountable for ensuring that all of the administration and data management tasks are completed to the established standard. You will need to successfully manage your own workload and ensure all task have been completed.

Who makes a good Booking Co-ordinator?
You will need to have a GCSE in Maths and English Grade A-C and also have experience of working in a customer or client facing role, or administration in a process driven environment. You will need to have strong telephone skills, ideally in a call centre environment, and be proficient in the use of a range of computer packages such as MS Excel and MS Word.
