Bid Co-ordinator
Reed Talent Solutions is seeking a Bid Coordinator to support the bid function.
We need a super-organised, enthusiastic team player to join us in the newly created position of Bid Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a highly productive team, instrumental in securing high value recruitment contracts. The successful candidate will have great attention to detail, be able to work under pressure and be flexible and open to changing priorities.

The Bid Coordinator will be required to:
- Support with identification and distribution of opportunities to tender
- Register and maintain account information on tender portals
- Oversee the maintenance of the bid library content
- Maintain the integrity of fie name conventions
- Maintain the tender pipeline and tender tracker
- Monitor/record our PQQ/tender success rates
- Create monthly management information reports
- Support with updating and collating information from other parts of the business
- Supporting the Bid Managers throughout the bidding lifecycle including:
- Downloading and distributing tender documents
- Assisting with preparation and completion of standard bid management templates
- Client and competitor research
- Co-ordinating and completing Selection Questionnaires (SQ) and Requests for Information (RFI)
- Disseminating and communicating tender clarifications
- Setting up proposal templates
- Sourcing and creating imagery to create visually impactful bids and maintain library of imagery
- Proof reading documents for spelling and grammar
While relevant experience is preferred, it’s not essential. What’s most important is that you are:
- Extremely organised
- Energetic
- A team player
- Able to multi-task
- Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. InDesign skills would be a distinct advantage
