We are looking for an Area Manager to join our and lead our team in Coventry. The role would ideally suit an experience recruiter from the local area, with a high proven record of success who has the tenacity and drive to identify, build, grow our market share within their geographical area. We enter every market place with the greatest scope of vacancies we can work on so you will learn more, meet with more clients and candidates and this means you will become the best recruiter you can be.
As an Area Manager in our Coventry office, you will be covering a variety of specialisms across Coventry, Leamington, Rugby, Nuneaton and surrounding area, within Business Support, Accountancy, Procurement and Supply Chain. You will be managing an existing team of 6 and will need to grow and develop the office to success. You will also be running an extremely warm and established desk within Business Support, supporting on temp and perm recruitment.
The main objective in this exciting opportunity as Area Manager is to increase profitability for the office by managing direct reports performance, ensuring targets are met and developing new business. You will lead from the front and responsibility for the branch profit and loss whilst recruiting and developing career path where we will support you in maximising your full potential. You’ll be responsible for creating and building long term relationships with both candidates and clients, seeking and developing business opportunities. You’ll become an expert in your industry, meeting and exceeding targets, advertising vacancies, sourcing and screening candidates to work with them in finding their perfect career move whilst providing a high level of customer service.

There will be handful of core clients for the person to account manage and work with, as well as a very clear target client list within consumer marketing for the person to develop. The desk is easily £150k with potential to bill over £200k with the right development.
