Account Manager

We have an exciting opportunity to join our account management team within Reed Talent Solutions here at Reed, taking the lead on a key account with a long standing client.

Reed Talent Solutions exists to win, develop, and retain profitable, long term, complex, resourcing contracts with clients in the private sector and public service. The intent is both to generate a profitable income stream for Reed group as well as fulfil a strategically defensive role to protect the footprint of Reed in the marketplace. 

We are looking to take on a new account manager to manage one of our long standing accounts, who will ensure we are delivering on all contractually agreed operations for that client. 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • The role of the Nurse Account Manager is to deliver the achievement of contractually agreed operational service for the Nursing staff group for the Imperial College Healthcare NHS Account
  • To manage the relationship between Reed Talent Solutions and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust
  • A high percentage of ‘face time ‘is spent with the client, so you will be required to attend the 3 Hospital sites in West London, Charing Cross Hospital, Hammersmith Hospital and St Marys Hospital, Paddington
  • Identifying resourcing requirements from the departments and divisions across the Trust, and liaising with the operations team are managed in line with client expectations and contractual obligations   
  • To support the client’s line managers with the recruitment and placement of temporary staffing in line with best practices.

Who we’re looking for in our next Account manager:

  • Significant experience of managing volume and/or specialist operational resourcing, ideally in an NHS arena, though this is not essential.
  • Previous experience of managing key components of  the resourcing process including: attraction strategies, people planning, response handling etc. 
  • Previous experience of managing in a recruitment process outsourcing client site environment would be advantageous
