One of Reed educations many contracts is with a local authority across Hampshire and we are now looking for a new experienced Account Manager to oversee and run the contract. This contract will involve supplying temporary teaching staff across primary and secondary Schools within the Hampshire County. The role will involve regular travel to visit the schools across Hampshire and the wider area, to maintain and grow business.

What does the Account Manager role look like?
Reed have a contract with a local authority across Hampshire and we are now looking for a new experienced Account Manager to oversee and run the contract. This contract will involve supplying temporary teaching staff across primary and secondary Schools within the Hampshire County. The role will involve regular travel to the main client site at Winchester, plus regular visits to the schools across Hampshire, Reed branches and Supplier partners.
Your role as the Account Manager will be to ensure that Reed achieve this contractually agreed operational service for the client whilst also ensuring that Reed realises its commercial goals in line with the forecast financials.
You will make sure there is a lot of face time with the client to establish and build effective client relationships, ensure the line managers are supported and to ensure contract performance and client satisfaction leads to referenceability, retention and extension of the contract.

What are we looking for?
-Experienced recruitment consultant or account management experience
– Ideally from an education or healthcare background
-Excellent communication skills
-Previous client relationship management
– Previous business development experience
-Ability to work independently to manage your own diary and achieve set targets.
