Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 – Depending on experience + Bonus

Full Time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

Your main duty as an Account Manager is to support and service the needs of two strategically important Reed Talent Solutions clients. Within this role, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Managing resourcing requirements to meet client expectations and contractual obligations
  • Supporting clients with compliance and contractual processes
  • Delivering meetings of contractual obligations and achieving SLA’s and KPI’s
  • Having the ability to scope/support the process of winning new business for Reed
  • Contributions to business plans for contracts and assisting in delivering this to clients

Desired requirements:

  • Good understanding and management of the resourcing process including attraction strategies, workforce planning, response handling etc.
  • Management/co-ordination of volume/specialist operational resourcing
  • Strong key stakeholder management
  • Exceptional MS Office skills, in particular MS Excel

Advantageous requirements:

  • Previous experience managing a recruitment process, outsourcing client site environment.
