That’s right! In late 2022, Reed officially launched the first intake for the Tech edition of Reed’s longstanding Graduate Scheme programme. If you think you could be the next Steve Jobs, you can officially register your interest for the next intake here… Register your interest now

For more than 25 years, Reed has been supporting graduates with their first experiences in the working world via the traditional graduate scheme which sees grads start in an operational role before optionally rotating into new departments like HR, Marketing, IT and more.

Our grads have succeeded in all areas, reaching heights such as Managing Director of Reed Specialist Recruitment and Chief Financial Director for the Reed Group. Recently, the volume of internal tech-focused roles available to grads has increased thanks to the introduction of our Microsoft hardware suite which allows co-members to work dynamically (known internally as Digital Workplace) and the continued success of our online jobsite, Reed.co.uk.

With the modern workplace becoming more and more digital and Reed being no exception to this, we wanted to provide a tailored platform for digitally minded graduates to jump straight into a role where their IT skills and interest were put into focus.

“When you hear ‘Tech Graduates’, most people automatically think of degrees in coding, computer science or software development; however we wanted to create a scheme that allowed for talented graduates with any degree to develop their interest in tech into a career. We had already seen some of our emerging talent flourish in tech-based roles, which intrigued us to explore this further. We now have Tech grads across Reed Specialist Recruitment and Reed.co.uk, and are seeing the success already!”
