Experienced Recruitment Consultants
We’ve reimagined how we see the future of our business and the future of recruitment, but we need ambitious, creative and dynamic people to drive our visions.
Ready for something new?
We are an open employer and we welcome big thinkers with big ideas to continue to evolve our 60 year history and our technology-first approach to recruitment.
Reed was one of the first businesses to offer specialist recruitment services, with Reed Accountancy in the 1960s…
Today we have over 20 specialisms, and our co-members take pride being experts in their sectors.
If you have experience recruiting for a particular industry then we can help you further develop that knowledge to become a true specialist in your market. We are also open to conversations because you’ve seen what great reward and careers prospects are open to you here.
Our purpose is improving lives through work. We hope to improve the lives through work of our co-members, by rewarding their contribution to Reed’s success with innovative, exciting, and generous incentive schemes…
Consultants at Reed are given clear Career Development Frameworks (CDFs) to ensure an open and fair approach to career, salary and bonus progression as you develop and grow your client base with us. Consultants, Account Business Partners, and Recruitment Managers across all our divisions are eligible for various different reward schemes which recognise outstanding performance for both the individual and the team. Keep an eye out for our newest and most exciting rewards packages being released in June.
At Reed, we want all our co-members to be proud of the work they do, but more than that, we want you to feel confident, valued, and respected for the energy and effort put into your day-to-day with us.
We also appreciate that life isn’t just about work but also family, friends, and personal growth. With this in mind, our reward schemes set out to enable memory-making, quality time out, and enjoyment as a result of high performance.
Our Career Development Frameworks (CDFs) ensure all co-members have fair and equal opportunities, with competitive salaries and bonuses that reward results.
Our L&D offering is agile and versatile and because we believe every co-member brings something unique to Reed, we also believe in a tailored approach to learning…
Whilst the legacy of our industry-leading training remains, we have a range of dedicated specialist learning, lunch and learns, classroom and web based training packages all designed and delivered by our own L&D team, with topics from industry-specific terminology to our renowned Management Academy.
We also currently run 3 mentoring programmes: Classic, Women in Leadership and Race & Ethnicity. We are committed to building successful partnerships throughout our business and encourage internal networking both formally and informally.
